Permanent place of specialized exhibitions

One of the big problems of the economic activists and the private sector of Kerman is always the location of the permanent place of the Kerman International Exhibition. The long-distance location of the exhibition from the city center, as well as the particular climate of that part, has made it difficult to get to and from the exhibition, and the acceptance of its exhibits is a challenge. Therefore, Mahan Alavi Construction Company of Kerman plans to build a new place for specialized exhibitions at the beginning of the Haft Bagh Alavi’s national tourism route with investors’ participation. In one of the best places of the Alavi Haftbagh and near the windmill building, a project with the investment of “Kerman Province Construction Engineering Organization” is being built. This project includes residential suites, recreational uses, and meeting halls and has 50% physical progress.
During the negotiations that Alavi Mahan Kerman Construction Company had with the project’s investor, the investor is willing to hand over this project with all its aspects due to the legal prohibition of managing economic complexes.
